When ordering jewellery, size, style and colour will be agreed on before we start making the piece. For most we don't take a deposit, however, if there is a large outlay for crystals, for example, we may ask for a small deposit before commencing. One piece this where this would definitely apply would be a Swarovski three strand necklace (takes about 300 crystals), or a bridal set. Please note, unless faulty, earrings are not exchangeable.

For textile work, there will be extensive discussions on size style and colour, and deposits will always be requested.
